How to order a product?
To give you the best customized drone, we value a personal relationship with all our customers, there are no basket and no automatic payment system.

How to learn to pilot, configure, repair, build my drone?
droneDyne provides trainings covering all the aspects needed to use or even build your own drone, we adapt our training sessions to cover exactly your needs and answer your specific questions if any.

The training sessions are given in Halle in Belgium and are given by 3h modules, you can attend maximum two modules per day.
Trainings are mostly given on week-ends, trainings given during the week must be booked at least two business days prior the session.
What does your building fees cover?
All our drones are mounted, configured and tested.
We don’t sell part of drones without a flight controller, without motor etc. because then we couldn’t test it.
However we accept to sell a drone without a remote control, without batteries etc. for testing purpose well test the device using our own hardware.
In which countries do you ship?
We provide our products all over Europe, for more elaborated projects we can provide solutions wordlwide but it has to be defined case by case.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept IBAN transfer, SWIFT transfer and Paypal with a 3,5% surcharge.
We may also accept the following crypto currencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin. The price will be defined using the Bitstamp moving average price (lenght 9) + 5%.
For international payment we suggest to use TransferWise.
What are the shipping costs?
We send our products with bpost (the Belgian post company), in the European Economic Erea the rates are as follow :
40€ for Germany, France (expt Dom-Tom), Luxembourg, Netherlands and UK
80€ for Azores, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden , Czech Republic and Croatia.
100€ for Switzerland.
In case an agreement has been made for shipping outside European Economic Area, the buyer is responsible for all loss, misplacement and custom taxes.
We strongly recommend to the buyer to check their local regulations as some customs might confiscate the drone.
droneDyne is open to projects worldwide and may deliver the drone if our trainer comes over to provide courses.
For the European economic zone, there are no custom fees and no law forbidding our drones to be bought.
I need a drone and I want it right now, is it possible?
Unfortunately to be able to customize your product depending on your needs we offer many variety of components.
This represents a lot of different pieces and we can’t have all of them in stock.
Also, to propose you low prices, we must buy the components directly from China which has for consequence to impose a long shipping delay.
That is why the building time might vary between one month and two months.
We might have some final products in stock available directly but then they are not customizable, please check our products page to see if there is any available product for direct shipping.
How can I be sure droneDyne won’t receive my payment and then disappear into thin air?
droneDyne is a registered company in Belgium since 2015, therefore you are protected under the Belgian and Europen law covering B2B and final consumers.

Demonstrations usually takes about 1h to 1h30, are free of charges.
