Questions form for a tailor-made unmanned aerial vehicle
This questionnaire is designed to help droneDyne designing a tailor-made drone that fits perfectly to your needs.
You don’t have to answer all questions and of course you can add more information depending on the specificities of your requirements.
Questions
- What will be the purpose of your aerial vehicle ?
i.e. surveillance, technical inspection, photogrammetry, field intervention, aerial photography, cartography etc. - Have you already decided on a specific payload ?
i.e. Do you own or want to use a specific camera, LIDAR, gaz detector etc. ? If yes, let us know the model. - What kind of control do you want to have on your payload ?
i.e. you want to be able to take pictures with your camera and zoom. Switching to video recording is not mandatory but would be nice. - Do you need to get the live video feed on the ground from your camera? Does it need to be in HD?
- What is the flight time you expect ?
- What is the maximum distance between you and the drone during a mission? Do you need to keep control and see the live video feed during the flight?
- How do you want to control the vehicle?
i.e. Through remote control only, using an app and a remote control etc.
